DOWN PAYMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $600 security deposit is required to reserve a motor home. A $250 deposit is required to reserve a travel trailer, All rental charges must be paid 10 days in advance of pick-up. Sonny's accepts Cash, Cashiers Checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Company Checks or Personal Checks are not accepted after 10 days in advance. The deposit is in addition to the rental charges.
RESTRICTIONS & CONDITIONS
Renter must be at least 25 years of age, have a clean driving record , and have good credit. Rental Period begins the afternoon of your scheduled departure ( 1-4p) and ends the morning of your scheduled return ( 9-12p). Mileage for motorized: 100 miles are included each night. Additional Miles 100 miles/night 38 cents each, 200 miles/night 89 cents each, over 300 miles/night at $1.59 each. Sales Tax, Fuel, 2nd tank of LPG. Generator can be paid by hour($5) or unlimited usage per night can be purchased ($15) Prepaid Cleaning option is available at departure for $75, and outside cleaning is $50. Insurance must be provided by the renter either through their personal carrier or purchased directly from MBA Choice Insurance for $15-$25 per day with a $500 deductible.
CANCELLATION
From the date of your reservation to 14 days prior to your pick-up date, Sonny's will refund your down payment less a $35 charge. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled departure, do not show up on time for your departure, or are unable to complete the transaction at departure, NO REFUND will be given.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A) The person named on the RESERVATION APPLICATION must be 25 years of age and is the only person authorized to sign our rental agreement and drive the vehicle off our lot.
B) Sonny's reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value, or refund your security deposit due to unavailability of the vehicle.
C) No refund will be issued if you return the rental unit prior to your scheduled return date.
D) The rental vehicle is not permitted into Mexico or Alaska or in areas where communications by phone or cellular phone is not available.
E) Smoking, Pets, or Towing of any type is prohibited.
F) On lot overnight parking is available but not guaranteed.
G) Generally, all vehicles will be available for pick up only after 1:00 PM and any departure available by 4:00 PM is considered on time.
H) Vehicles must be returned prior to 12:00 PM.
I) Any additional drivers must have a clean driving record, be at least 25 years old, and be present at the time of departure with their valid driver's license available.
Try It Before You Buy It
Sonny's and Making Memories L.L.C. also want you to become part of the RVing lifestyle so much that we will offer you the option to Try Before You Buy. When you rent any one of our units, Sonny's and Making Memories L.L.C. will give you a percentage of your rental fee (up to $1500 and within 3 months of rental date) to use towards the total purchase price of a unit that we have to offer.
